Welcome to Fall. This ale is brewed and fermented with 50 lbs of pumpkin, a mixture of spices, and Cascade hops to balance it out, delivering to you a flavor reminiscent of pumpkin pie.
This traditional Oktoberfest was fermented and lagered over the summer months to create a toasty malt flavor balanced with floral hops and medium body.
This style is defined by its sharp but refreshing sourness. The prominent mango flavor balances with a subtle tartness to deliver a wonderfully refreshing brew. Lactic Acid is added to reduce the pH.

The Blue Badis is also known as the Chameleon Fish. This Obst (fruit) Gose could taste differently each time we make it. It’s a surprise. Our current offering is the Piña Colada Gose. The base is fermented with the perfect blend of pineapple and coconut to mimic our favorite Puerto Rican cocktail.
Enjoy the smoked flavor and smooth aftertaste of this Porter. The overall experience is rounded out by a pitch of German Tettnang and German Perl Hops. Great to sip with a cigar.
