Tap 2 - Aurora Trout Munich Helles

The Aurora Trout is a fish native to two lakes in the Temagami District of Ontario, Canada.  Munich Helles is a clean, pale gold, malty German lager with a smooth, grain-sweet flavor.  It’s characterized by a bready aroma and a subtle spicy or floral hop note.

An Alsatian Pilsner is a crisp, elegant, and refreshing French lager from the Alsace region.  The New Castle Chateau 2-row Pilsner malt used was grown in France and malted in Belgium.  The addition of Strisselspalt hops provides an elegant flavor profile.

Named after the brewer's favorite local lake, the Sippo Lake Vienna Lager is brewed with Vienna malt.  This is a moderate strength amber lager with a smooth, bread-rich malt flavor and toasty character.

Our Hefeweizen is made with pilsner and wheat malts.  Combined with the classic Hefeweizen yeast, this beer will give you a nice blend of banana and clove hints in a light and drinkable beer.
